Sielun puutarha / The Garden of the Soul
Galleria Saskia / Tampere

The exhibition centers on a reflection on human nature and how it manifests in the world. The garden grows within us and outward from us, encompassing the visible and the invisible, the spiritual and the bodily experience of being in the world, as well as the different aspects of humanity—light and shadow. The Garden of the Soul is both earth and sky, a place where paths do not lead straight. There one must wander and lose one’s way, weight alternatives, and at times choose a path that does not carry, and yet still continue the journey.
